The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) held it's annual meeting April 5-8, 2024 in Boston, Massachusetts. There were 34 Duke led sessions.
Duke faculty presenters include Melissa Daluvoy, MD, Leon Herndon, MD, Kourtney Houser, MD, Terry Kim, MD, Kelly Muir, MD, and Robin Vann, MD.
Two Duke Eye Center Residents, Cason Robbins, MD, PGY3 and Rami Gabriel, MD, PGY4 were honored with the 2024 ASCRS Resident Excellence Award. This award provided a travel grant, four nights accommodation, and complimentary registration to the meeting, along with invitations to select leadership and social events.
