Duke Eye Center Faculty Attend AAO Spring Council Meeting

Three Duke Eye Center faculty members participated in the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Spring Council Meeting, held April 4-5 at the Westin Downtown Hotel in Washington D.C.. This event gathered members of the Academy’s Council and leaders from various ophthalmic societies to discuss the latest advocacy news and provide actionable insights.

  • Pratap Challa, MD: Section Nominating Committee, representing the American Board of Ophthalmology.
  • Lejla Vajzovic, MD, FASRS: Section Nominating Committee, representing the Retina Society.
