Duke's Jon Scheyer and Terry Kim, MD Discuss Basketball and Eye Injury

Duke Men's Basketball team eye doctor and cornea specialist Terry Kim, MD sat down (virtually) with Associate Head Coach Jon Scheyer to discuss the importance of eye health and eye screening. Kim has provided vision screenings for the Duke Men's basketball team for 20 years. As a Duke Alum, Kim is passionate about giving back. Compared to other sports, eye injuries are more common in basketball. It is important to have screenings to address any eye issues at an early level so that they can function at their highest level on the court. Scheyer discusses his own experience with a basketball-related injury over 10 years ago and Kim's involvement in that recovery process.
