Application Requirements:

Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited US college or university or (international equivalent) with official academic transcripts

Three letters of recommendation (from previous employers, teachers, or professors)

A personal statement to highlight the applicant's background, skills, interests and why the applicant is a good fit for the Duke Orthoptic Training Program. (less than 300 words)
Qualified applicants will be invited for a virtual interview, with the option to arrange an in-person visit to the department.
