Tuition for the two-year program is $12,000 ($6,000 per year), which covers all classroom instruction and clinical training. Students are responsible for their own living expenses.
Required textbooks are estimated to cost under $500 for the entire program.
Each student will receive a free "student membership" to the American Association of Certified Orthoptists (AACO) for the duration of the course, allowing them to receive communications from AACO and register for future webinars and meetings.
Students must attend at least one regional or national scientific meeting in the second year, with travel and accommodation expenses being the student's responsibility.
