On January 9, Duke Eye Center of Winston-Salem hosted the annual McKinley Conference, bringing together our eye care community for an evening of learning, collaboration, and connection.
We are grateful to our outstanding faculty for generously sharing their knowledge and expertise. This year’s program featured engaging presentations on key topics in ophthalmology, including:
- Retina Case Reviews – Ramiro S. Maldonado, MD
- A Grave Situation: A Look at Thyroid Eye Disease – Christopher Dermarkarian, MD
- DSO 2.0 and Beyond: Advances in the Treatment of Fuchs’ Dystrophy – Terry Semchyshyn, MD
- Antibody-Drug Conjugates and Their Ocular Complications – Melissa Barbor, OD
- Glaucoma Treatment: Taking Action – Frank Moya, MD
The event was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, welcome new optometrists, and strengthen partnerships within our eye care community. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this conference a success!
