The North Carolina Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons (NCSEPS) held its annual meeting in Asheville, NC September 8-10, 2023.
Duke Faculty presenters included Divakar Gupta, MD, Robin Vann, MD, Henry Tseng, MD, Xi Chen, MD, PhD, Mays Dairi, MD, and Majda Hadziametovic, MD. Several Duke trainees also participated in the meeting with poster and case presentations.
Vahid Ownagh, MD received the first place award in the research presentation category for his poster, "Preliminary Evaluation of Pediatric Wide-field Fundus Photos using Artificial Intelligence."
Lloyd Williams, MD, PhD serves as the Secretary-Treasurer and Divakar Gupta, MD serves in a leadership role as the Member at Large for the Durham area.
