Duke Eye Center hosted the 35th Annual Glaucoma Symposium, along with the 6th Annual Glaucoma Fellows Course October 13-14, 2023.
During the Fellows Course, glaucoma fellows from across the country were able to receive a comprehensive overview of current practices and controversies in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma and the latest surgical techniques. Fellows were also able to participate in a 12 station wet lab, providing a hands-on experience, showcasing the latest in glaucoma management techniques and devices. Duke Eye Center faculty, Leon Herndon, MD, Jullia Rosdahl, MD, PhD, Sanjay Asrani, MD, and Kelly Muir, MD, MHs served on the planning committee for the course.
The Glaucoma Symposium welcomed community partners from North Carolina and beyond for a day of glaucoma education. Jullia Rosdahl, MD, PhD served as course director.
