Jullia Rosdahl, MD, PhD has been named the new Director for Medical Student Education effective July 1, 2018. Rosdahl joined the glaucoma faculty after completing her fellowship in glaucoma at Duke Eye Center in 2011.
Her research focuses on glaucoma and vision loss from glaucoma. She is passionate about finding new ways for patients to learn about glaucoma, and to feel empowered in the care of their disease, with the ultimate goal to prevent vision loss from glaucoma.
She will be directing the ophthalmology electives for second and fourth year medical students, building on the success of Tina Singh, MD who directed the medical student program for the last several years.
