The Josiah Charles Trent Memorial Foundation Endowment Fund will hold its fall 2017 meeting on November 10, 2017. To be eligible for consideration at this meeting, proposals must be submitted no later than September 29, 2017.
Faculty should visit https://foundationrelations.duke.edu/internal-funding/trent/ for application guidelines, application form, and a list of the Fund’s areas of interest may be found there. Please note that our application procedures have changed, and we are now requesting electronic submissions.
The Fund typically provides faculty and staff with support for research and conferences, as well as seed funding for new projects that might be difficult to obtain from other funding sources. Grants typically range from $500 to $5,000. Please note that the Fund does not support graduate students.
